New dance classes for women!

Hi Girls! I just wanted to remind you that there are BRAND NEW classes starting in Winter Springs tonight at the Winter Springs Civic Center!

6:30pm Beginners Bellydance
7:30pm Dance Cardio For Women

Here are the class descriptions:
Description of Adult Bellydance Classes:
Adult bellydance classes are intended for women ages highschool and above. The classes are 45 minutes long with an optional ten minute "choreography class" afterwards. Our classes incorporate bellydance technique, cardio, muscle toning, and stretching for a total body workout. We cover elements from bellydance, jazz dance, ballet, yoga, pilates, and kickboxing. Everyone will have the opportunity to perform together as a group at a local charity event after 3-6 months of learning. Bellydance classes help women lose weight, make friends, learn to be graceful, and tighten their stomach and hips.


Description of Dance Cardio for Women Classes:
The Choreography classes are intended for ages 10 and above. It is preferred that students enrolling in this class have some dance experience. This class is a 50 minute long cardio dance class with elements of both jazz and hip hop movements. Inspired by today's entertainment artists, fun routines will get your heart pumping and body moving for a fun full body workout!
