workshop changes at MBC

Just so you guys know there have been some changes to the workshop times at MBC. Frederique and my class are no longer at the same time! yay! Just an FYI. Check the site for the new times:

(both the workshop with bliss and I Friday and my workshop on Sat are at 11am)
