Tribal bellydance celebrates the beauty of a womanly body, and encourages community and support amongst women. Students will learn movements that will assist in loosening the hips as well as movements to help take stress off the back and the body, commonly occuring during pregnancy. Techniques to tone and tighten muscles will also be explored. A minimum of five participants must register by Friday, April 17, to hold workshop. No previous bellydance experience required to attend!
